We aim to make the journey as stress-free as possible, with clear processes, collaboration and transparency:
Discovery & Brief – We discuss your ideas, preferred styles, and the intended use of the illustrations. We’ll offer suggestions, share our thoughts, and flag any potential issues. This conversation forms the brief for our artist and helps us provide an accurate quote.
Costings and Payment Options - We are transparent with the costs involved and offer payment options, the most popular being 50% deposit and 50% balance on completion. On acceptance of the quote, we arrange your deposit invoice.
Concept Development – On receipt of your deposit, we will get started! We research ideas, sketch up the illustration based on your brief and email the first draft to you.
Refinement – You provide feedback to us and we fine-tune the artwork and present the second draft to you.
Final Delivery – Once you’re happy, we supply the illustration in various file formats (print and digital), ready for you to use. We also provide you with a ‘File Format Guide’ so you know when to use which file.
