    We offer tailored website packages to suit different needs and budgets.

  • Timeframes depend on the scope of your project and when you have content (text/images etc) supplied to us.

    A smaller 5-page site typically takes around 2-3 weeks if all content is supplied to us ready to go or 4–6 weeks if we are waiting on content, while more complex or eCommerce website can take longer.

    We’ll create a project timeline at the start so you always know what stage we’re up to.

  • Usually, we’ll need your logo, brand colours, images, and written content. If you don’t have everything ready, that’s okay — we can help refine your content, provide guidance, or quote for copywriting if needed.

    We’ll help you every step of the way.

  • Yes — all of our websites are built to be fully responsive, which means they will adjust to look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

    A mobile-friendly design also helps with SEO, ensuring your site performs well in Google search results.

  • Definitely! Once your site is live, we’ll give you training to show you how to make simple updates yourself — like editing text, replacing images, or adding new pages or products.

    You’ll have full access and control of your site with the benefit of being able to reach out to us for support if you need to.

    Training is included in website packages of 5 pages or more.

    For single page websites, you can purchase a training session for $250.

  • We primarily use Squarespace, a reliable and easy-to-manage platform that allows us to create custom, professional designs without the technical hassle.

    For clients with more specific needs, we can also discuss alternative platforms and plugins to make sure you get the best fit.

  • Yes.

    Website hosting is managed directly through Squarespace.

    Synergy Graphics offer ongoing Website Management Plans that include updates, edits, performance checks, and security monitoring — so your site keeps running smoothly long after launch.

Website Design Process.

We aim to make the website journey as stress-free as possible, with clear processes collaboration and transparency:

  1. Discovery Session & Brief – We kick things off with a friendly discovery session to get to know you, your business, and what you need from your website. This is where we map out your goals, must-haves, and any ideas you already have in mind.

  2. Proposal / Quote
    Once we understand your needs, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal and quote outlining the scope of work, timelines, and costs involved — no surprises, just clarity.

  3. Acceptance of Quote / Deposit Payment Received
    When you're happy to move ahead, you approve the quote, sign a contract and pay your deposit. That locks your project in our schedule and gets the ball rolling!

  4. Preparation of Content / File Sharing and Plan Milestones
    Next up, we’ll guide you through gathering the content (text, images, branding files, etc.) we need. We’ll also outline key project milestones so you know exactly what to expect and when.

  5. Initial Design Concept
    We’ll design two key pages (usually the homepage and one internal page) to establish the look and feel of your site. You’ll get a chance to review and approve the overall design direction before we move on.

  6. Build Remainder of Site on Approval of Design Style
    Once the design style is locked in, we build out the rest of the site, applying the design across all agreed pages. This is where everything starts coming together!

  7. Feedback and Edits
    You’ll have the opportunity to review the full site and request refinements. We include two rounds of edits to make sure everything feels just right.

  8. Launch
    With your final approval and the remaining balance paid, we’ll take your website live! We’ll also run final checks to ensure everything works smoothly.

  9. Training
    We don’t leave you hanging — if you want to be able to edit the site yourself, we’ll provide personalised training so you know exactly how to update and manage your site with confidence.
